By using this website, contacting Coast 2 Coast Transportation, or requesting transportation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services through it.
2. Non-Emergency Transportation Only
Coast 2 Coast Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation and personal transportation services. We are not an emergency ambulance provider and do not provide emergency medical treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Services We Provide
Our services may include transportation for medical appointments, dental visits, wheelchair-friendly rides, gurney transport, bariatric transport, personal transportation, care facility transfers, and long-distance transportation.
Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, vehicle availability, rider needs, and other operational factors.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Ride requests may be submitted by phone, website form, message, or other available contact methods. A ride is not confirmed until Coast 2 Coast Transportation has reviewed the request and confirmed availability.
- Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Please provide the correct appointment date and time.
- Please tell us in advance if wheelchair, gurney, bariatric, or additional assistance is needed.
- Same-day rides may be available, but are not guaranteed.
5. Rider Responsibilities
Riders, family members, or booking parties are responsible for providing accurate information and being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- Ensure the pickup location is accessible and safe for transport.
- Inform us of mobility needs, equipment, oxygen tanks, escort needs, or other important details before the ride.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from the transportation team.
- Treat drivers, staff, and vehicles with respect.
6. Payments and Pricing
Pricing may depend on distance, ride type, accessibility needs, wait time, timing, and other service requirements. Any quoted price is based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, additional stops, late cancellations, no-shows, or special service requirements.
7. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may be included where stated or agreed during booking. Additional waiting time beyond the included period may result in additional fees.
8. Delays and Service Changes
We aim to provide timely and dependable transportation. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, facility delays, medical office delays, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Coast 2 Coast Transportation may adjust pickup times, routes, or service arrangements when needed for safety, scheduling, or operational reasons.
9. Personal Belongings
Riders are responsible for their personal belongings. Coast 2 Coast Transportation is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal items except where required by law.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast 2 Coast Transportation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, scheduling issues, delays, unavailable services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
